- IMPORTANT: Cell phones will be collected at check in - cell phones are not allowed in the cabins, on the grounds, or during ANY activity.

Camp 2010 Dates:
Come celebrate CSR's 10th anniversary!
- Session 1: June 27 - July 3
- Session 2: July 4 - July 10
Camp 2010 Tuition:
- Campers: $325
Early Bird Tuition: $300
- Counselors-In-Training (CITs): $275
Early Bird Tuition: $250
Ages:
- Campers: Camp St. Raphael accepts campers between the ages of 9 and 17 years old.
- Counselors-In-Training: Campers who are 17 or 18 years of age may apply to be selected as Counselors in Training (CIT's).
- Counselors: Camp Staff must have graduated from high school and should be at least 18 years of age by June 1, 2010.

Parent's Checklist
By May 1st - Early Bird Discount
- Early Bird Discount ($300):
All fully completed forms and payment must be in by May 1st to receive the early bird discount -- no exceptions.
By June 1st - Regular Rate
- Full payment due ($325).
- Send in all completed health forms and transportation forms.
After June 1st
- A $25 late fee applies for incomplete forms or forms not turned in (total $350).
While your child is at camp
- Enjoy the (temporary) quiet!
- Relax knowing your children are in good hands.
2010 Camper Forms:
- Step 1: Camper Application
- Step 2: After receiving confirmation that your camper has been registered for camp:
- Send in their Health Form, and
- Transportation Form

From the North
Take highway 412 East to Wagoner Exit, then proceed south on US 69 approximately 8 miles.
Turn left on 655 Rd. (Flat Rock Road just past the "Entering Wagoner County" sign) and
proceed straight 3 miles. This road dead-ends into camp.
From the South
Take highway 51 east to Wagoner, Okla., and proceed north on US 69 approximately 7 miles.
Turn right on 655 Rd. (Flat Rock Road) and proceed straight 3 miles. This road dead-ends into camp.

Here's What to Bring:
- Changes of clothes for at least 7 days -- iron tags or writing camper's name in
permanent marker is a good
idea.
- Nice outfit for Divine Liturgy
- Sturdy tennis/athletic shoes
- Modest swimsuit (no two-piece/bikini suits permitted)
- Lightweight Poncho (it's Oklahoma, we never know)
- Sleeping bag/sheets and pillow
- Towels/washcloths
- Toiletries including comb/brush, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, deodorant (non-aerosol)
- Optional: flashlight, insect repellent (non-aerosol), camera (marked with name), journal, hiking boots.
Leave Home...
- CD players, walkmans, pagers, cell phones, electronic games, etc.
- Jewelry and other valuables, including sports equipment
- All tobacco products
- Immodest apparel
- Dangerous implements, i.e. knives, axes, fireworks, etc.
- Any illegal substances (campers found with any will be sent home immediately)
- Pets (siblings not included)
