Camp 2012 Dates:

Session 1: June 24-30

Session 2: July 1-7

Step One: Registration

Registration forms:

• Camper Registration Form
  Campers are accepted on a first come basis, payment must be included.
• CIT Registration Form
  Must be received by March 1st, payment must be included.

Step Two: After Acceptance

Campers & CITs:

• Health Form
  $25 discount if Health Form is received by May 1; otherwise due by June 1. $25 late fee for forms received after June 1.
• Transportation Form
• Payment Form

Fees:

Campers:

$325 tuition

• $50 deposit per camper, due with registration form
• Early Bird balance: $250 (this $25 Early Bird discount only applies if fully completed Health Form is received by May 1st)
• Otherwise: $275 balance due by June 1

After June 1st: $25 late fee

Airport Fee: $10 per camper

CITs:

$275 tuition

• $50 deposit, due with registration form
• Early Bird balance: $200 (this $25 Early Bird discount only applies if fully completed Health Form is received by May 1st)
• Otherwise: $225 balance due by June 1

After June 1st: $25 late fee
