Register for Camp

Camp 2013 Dates:

Session 1: June 23-29 NOW FULL

Session 2: June30 - July 6

Step One: Registration

Registration forms are available below. Please note that the camper form can be filled out and printed for your convenience.

• Camper Application
  Campers are accepted on a first come basis, payment must be included.
• CIT Application
  CIT applications must be received by March 15th, payment must be included.

Step Two: After Acceptance

Campers & CITs:

• Health Form
  Health forms are available above and will be sent to parents to be filled out. A $25 discount is given if Health Form is received by May 1; otherwise they are due by June 1. A $25 late fee for forms received after June 1.
• Transportation Form
  Transportation forms are available above and will be sent to parents to be filled out by June 1st. A $10 fee is assessed to all campers traveling by air.
• Media Form
  Media forms are available above and will be sent to parents. If your camper is interested in receiving a DVD and picture this year, please fill out the form by June 1st.
• Payment Form
  The payment form is available above and will be sent to parents. Please fill out this form when sending a check or paying by credit card.

Fees:

Campers:

$350 tuition

• $50 deposit per camper, due with registration form
• Early Bird balance: $300 (this $50 Early Bird discount only applies if fully completed Health Form is received by May 1st)
• Otherwise: $350 balance due by June 1
• Failure to pay by June 1st may result in forfeiture of camper's spot.
• After June 1st: $25 late fee

Airport Fee: $10 per camper

Media Package: Media packages are available for purchase for $10. Packages include one camp photo and one DVD. Additional camp photos are available for $4. Order forms will be sent out upon acceptance.

CITs:

$300 tuition
